Haulage Profile and Productivity Analysis
Vulcan Haulage Profile and Productivity Analysis module allow you to estimate truck cycle times, distances from bench to dumps, crushers and stockpiles and truck & equipment productivity.
Features:
- Employs a simple equipment library, and haulage routes digitized within Vulcan
- Users can define the tonnages for each truck including a further breakdown by material
- Reports can exported into Microsoft™ Excel™ and CSV files
- The "Model Route Estimation" option allows the user to store distances, productivity and cycle times by material type to block model variables which then can be used for reserving and scheduling
