Vulcan Stope Optimiser

Vulcan's Stope Optimiser module provides a fully integrated tool for producing optimised minable shapes. It processes resource block models to create optimised minable volumes which are displayed as both polygons and 3D triangulations.

Multiple scenarios can be set up and visually compared using section and/or plan polygons, and solid stope triangulations.
Minimum pillar dimensions or exclusion zones can be considered by the optimiser for a more accurate design.
Fully integrated within the Vulcan 3D environment, stope optimiser is the ideal platform for quick “what-if” analysis for underground production pre-feasibility studies.

Flexible configuration means the tool can be applied to very steep or near horizontal orebodies.
Detailed output includes the stope optimisation report, reserve tonnage and grade for each stope.
What-if analysis optimisation runs can be performed in minutes, not days or week using classical methods.
