1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to all registered delegates of the AusIMM International Mining Geology Conference 2024 in Perth, Australia, aged 18 years or older, except employees and immediate family members of Maptek and its affiliated companies.
   • Delegates must have a valid registration to attend the AusIMM International Mining Geology Conference 2024 in Perth, Australia in order to participate.
   • Registered attendees of the Maptek Mine Geology Seminar on May 9, 2024 in Perth, Australia will automatically be entered into the draw as part of their registration and are eligible to enter the competition for a second time, for a maximum of two (2) entries.
2. Entry:
   • To enter the competition, delegates must scan the provided QR code and complete the entry form with accurate and complete information.
   • Only one entry per delegate is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
3. Competition Period:
   • The competition begins at 12.01am on 6 May 2024 and ends at 9.00am on 9 May 2024 (the "Competition Period"). All entries must be received during this time.
4. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
   • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form within five (5) days after the competition closes.
   • If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, another winner will be chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries.
5. Prize:
   • The prize is a one-day consulting session with a Maptek staff member.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   • Maptek reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent value in case of unavailability.
6. Publicity:
   • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to allow Maptek to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Privacy:
   • All personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Disqualification:
   • Maptek reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates these terms and conditions.
9. Liability:
   • Maptek is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may occur during the competition.
10. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

By participating in the competition, delegates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Maptek reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
