A supportive virtual space for you to learn and network with your colleagues in the mining industry. On the third Wednesday of each month, take a break from your workday and forge new connections in the mining industry online!
The Maptek Breakroom hosts a monthly coffee catch up with your industry peers. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces and talk openly about the professional challenges we’re all overcoming, or trying to, in these challenging times.
On the third or fourth Wednesday of every month at 1.30pm (GMT).
The Maptek Breakroom will be open for 45 minutes as a welcoming space for you to chat, listen, network, seek advice, help each other and talk about your work—we just ask that you come prepared with your webcam and microphone switched on so we can see and hear you.
You’re welcome to stay for the full session, but if you can only stop in 15 minutes, that’s fine too—it’s your space!
Once we’ve all introduced ourselves and shared a ‘win’ from the last month—big or small, professional or personal—we can talk about whatever comes up.
Each session will have an industry theme to keep things moving, but that doesn’t mean we can’t dive into other topics—we can discuss industry challenges, professional development, your favourite quarantine sourdough recipe … it’s really up to you.
Click the ‘Register now’ button below to register for the next Maptek Breakroom virtual networking session.
Please note: If you want to return for another session (we hope you will!) you’ll need to register again for the next session from this page.
Registration for the July session will be available soon.
