The Maptek Care program provides the opportunity to unlock significant rate discounts by pre-purchasing Maptek’s professional services.

*Discount applied to all Services funded by the associated Maptek Care package.

Travel time and expenses can be deducted from the Maptek Care package, but no discounts apply.

Maptek Care accounts are valid for up to 12 months, after which any dollars left are lost. Maptek will attempt regular check-ins to make sure the funds are being used and will contact you at least 1 month prior to the end of your contract, and will work with you to ensure that your funds are not lost.

Conditions

Membership fees are payable in advance, at the time of commencement of the Maptek Care agreement.

Maptek Care services will be managed and operated exclusively by Maptek personnel.

Fees for travel expenses and time charges will be invoiced at cost; no discounts apply.

Maptek Care services are transferable between sites in the United States and Canada.

Timeframes for Maptek Care services are dependent on the availability of suitably qualified Maptek personnel and will be agreed upon at Maptek’s discretion.
