Our team has many years experience of surveying stockpiles located outside, in silos, sheds and other storage facilities. We use our dedicated range of 3D laser scanners to obtain complete and accurate coverage of your site/inventory. Laser scanners using LIDAR technology have become a trusted tool for mines and quarries. They are well suited to any site looking to conduct stockpile reconciliation, end-of-month or other surveying tasks where precise measurements of volumetric data are required.

Maptek was called to the Melbourne Cement Facilities site to profile cement inside a silo in order to understand how the silo was emptying.
