Operating guidelines during COVID-19

The health and well-being of Maptek staff, clients and the communities in which we operate remains our highest priority during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In light of the COVID-19 virus we’ve suspended international travel and non-essential domestic staff travel. We have imposed strict guidelines around self-isolation for staff who have returned from international travel or attendance at mass events. We continue to work with client sites to comply with access policies as they are updated.

We have also implemented remote work-from-home policies for our staff to comply with social distancing guidelines.

Maptek offers flexible licensing and software access to our clients regardless of their location. 

We will maintain a high level of customer service and support. We will use online meetings and forums where appropriate, and you can reach us through the established phone and online channels for business and technical support.

Maptek will continue to comply with health and government guidelines and will update information as circumstances change.
