Maptek tells a story of innovation with new corporate identity

Maptek, a global leader in mining software, services and solutions, is introducing a new corporate identity that will unify all of its products and services under one umbrella. Maptek is the maker of Vulcan, I-Site, MineSuite, and other products and services.

‘Our new logo and identity sends a strong signal to our clients and the marketplace that Maptek is as pioneering, dynamic and innovative today as when we first transformed the industry 27 years ago,’ says Barry Henderson, Chief Executive Officer, Maptek. ‘This change symbolises our renewed emphasis on customers, quality, and innovation.’

The logo was unveiled to the public at MINExpo International 2008.

TippingSprung, a branding, marketing and innovation consultancy based in New York, helped articulate and design the new identity. The logo redesign began with global research among Maptek customers and prospects which revealed the underlying strengths of the company and its products.
